Health Coaching Package - 6 sessions

  • Are you ready to start your journey for whole body health?

  • Are you struggling to stay on track with your:  diet, sleep, fatigue, stress, habits and exercise?

  • Do you have goals that you have wanted to achieve for a long time?

What’s included?

  •  Initial session 30 minutes via phone/skype. Discussion around your current challenges and goals - what is holding you back and preventing you from moving forward.

  • You will learn about me, my coaching style and background.  Plus ensure we are a good fit to work together to achieve your goals for the future.

  • A Wellness Questionnaire designed to evaluate your current situation and gain an initial insight into your goals and dreams, habits and barriers (to complete prior to first session).

  • 1 x 60 minute coaching session identifying your current area of concern and long-term health goals.  Why your goal is important to you, what have you tried in the past and challenge the blockers that are preventing you from moving forward.  Together we will work out a balanced, achievable and sustainable plan for success. 

  • 5 x 45 minute coaching sessions; biweekly or as needed – these sessions will follow on from your initial session and together we will work through your roadmap for whole body health.

  • 1 hour email support (total) for follow up questions and clarification throughout your journey.

  • Detailed follow up notes from each session will be emailed to you.
