Whole Body Health starts from the core...

For as long as I can remember, I’ve always had a passion for anything ‘health’. Growing up, I’d often be found reading the latest health books from world experts, cooking kooky recipes, or getting involved in any kind of exercise. Not exactly your average childhood hobbies!


But, I loved it. It was me!


Funny thing is, it wasn’t until after 20 years in the corporate world that I took the plunge and turned my hobbies – my dreams – into my profession. And ever since, I’ve felt right at home.


My journey began with becoming a Pilates instructor in 2010, Group Fitness instructor 2014, and Pilates Mentor in 2015, combining the disciplines of both to enhance the results of my clients. Seeing people develop and begin to enjoy the positive benefits and renewed energy that Pilates brings to their mind, body and spirit is such a rewarding experience. 


But my ambitious spirit then led me to explore a more holistic approach to Whole Body Health.  I immersed myself in studying Health and Nutrition Coaching, including the amazing subject of Food Psychology, which opened my eyes to some really insightful concepts I can’t wait to share with you.


It also strengthened a belief in me that your Whole Body Health starts from the core, and embodies everything from diet, exercise, habits & cravings, environment, relationships, work, stress and more – it’s all intertwined in more ways than you think!


Everyone is different. Unique. And as we work together on your own journey towards Whole Body Health, it’s this learning – about you! – that underpins our discovery.


My philosophy is that we work together. We explore your Health Goals and Visions. You’ll be empowered and supported along your path of determining ‘what you want, why you want it and what’s stopping you’. Then we build an actionable roadmap that is not only achievable, sustainable and rewarding, but also extremely FUN, and designed for YOU to achieve Whole Body Health – mind, body and spirit.
