Pilates is a system of movement that enhances the body’s physical strength, flexibility and coordination. It teaches correct posture, alignment and articulation through the spine as well as improved mental focus and improved body awareness.
I have been practising Mat Pilates for about 15 years, as an instructor for 8 years and as a Polestar Pilates Mat Mentor for 3 years. The benefits it provides to my whole body health is amazing. Coming from a fitness background originally, I always struggled to get the to the next level, since practicing Mat Pilates and combining this with my other training it has allowed me to achieve greater results not only with my endurance, stress & injury management but also mental focus and improved sense of well-being.

I run classes from 2 studios on Sydney's Northern Beaches - see Class Timetable for more details. My classes are small and provide a physical full body workout to suit all levels from the beginners to advanced. Most classes incorporate the use of small apparatus to assist, enhance & challenge the repertoire. You will walk away feeling the benefits along with some basic repertoire that you can incorporate into your everyday life.
Private - Semi Private
Home Studio - I have availability for Private and Semi Private 2:1 sessions which are tailored to meet your own specific goals.
Mobile Pilates - where I come to you. This can be your home, workplace, outdoor training place, group event or maybe you have some friends who want to have a class together.
